Biddy, What Mamacita has was made by cooking down cans of cream of coconut w/ muscovado sugar for about 2 hrs. (1 can to 1/4 cup sugar) The recipe used in the picture was made in a slow cooker, and is the same ratio but w/ cans of coconut milk. You can do it either way.
so how the bloody hell do you make it?! cause you know i've got some vanilla blue belle in the freezer, and now it's just NOT going to cut it...
