Did I somehow fail to tell you about coco jam? Read about it here and know that my ice cream is now 500% tastier than yours.

    What Mamacita has was made by cooking down cans of cream of coconut w/ muscovado sugar for about 2 hrs. (1 can to 1/4 cup sugar) The recipe used in the picture was made in a slow cooker, and is the same ratio but w/ cans of coconut milk. You can do it either way.
